Dr. Sarungbam Bobby

Manipur based Ophthalmologist Dr. S Bobby provides expert ocular care particularly in the management of Cataract and Glaucoma disorders, her domain of specialisation. Dr. Bobby has been delivering first rate eye care services since the past five years during which she has provided diagnosis and treatment on a wide range of eye ailments, with optimal results.

Dr. Bobby accomplished DNB (Opthalmology) from Sri Sankaradeva Nethralaya, one of the reputed post graduate training centres in Assam, on finalization of her MBBS graduation. This was followed with the completion of fellowship programs in SRT (Cataract), Glaucoma and Contact Lenses from Sankara Nethralaya (Chennai), Sri Sankaradeva Nethralaya (Guwahati) and IACLE (Canada) respectively. All the given courses strengthened Dr. Bobby’s background with respect to the methodologies and knowledge related to ophthalmic science. Her major academic achievement was the title of the ‘Best DNB Student’ conferred on her for her stupendous success in the DNB examinations.

Presently, Dr. Bobby practises at Global Charitable Hospital and Research Institute all days of the week. One can avail of her expert advice at the centre during 9 am to 3 pm on weekdays and 9 am to 12 pm on Sundays.
